Where and when will the camp occur?
The youth camp will occur at Body & Soul Boot Camp (613 Oakwood Ave. East Aurora NY 14052) which is our newly designed training facility in East Aurora. Here, we have everything under the sun to improve all aspects of your game.
Camp begins on September 20th 2010 and will be ongoing with a short break for Christmas (dates tbd)
Sessions Available:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 3:30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:45pm
Saturdays 10am

How many campers per training session?
We will be having up to 16 campers per session to ensure individual attention!
What sports will the camp improve and how?
Honestly, this program will improve performance in absolutely all sports. Track, baseball, swimming, football, tennis, golf, soccer, wrestling, volleyball, lacrosse, and field hockey. All sports share many specific traits and skill sets required to excel. Explosiveness, speed, agility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance, and self confidence.
How long is the camp?
Each training session will be approximately 45-50 minutes in length.
What time will the camp be?
There are different time slots available and are on a first come first serve basis. Depending on the package that you choose, you will be registering for one two or three sessions per week, We suggest that you choose a permanent schedule and try to stick to it, but you will be able to register and change your schedule online at any point!
Who is this camp designed for?
This camp is designed for both males and females ranging from 10 - 18 years old who want to bring their sport or activity to the absolute next level HANDS DOWN!
What does a typical group session entail?
Group training is the staple of the Sports Performance program at Body & Soul. We found that athletes who participate in group training sessions have noticeably better results than athletes who train on their own. All of our Sports Performance sessions are scripted based from start to finish. Each session consists of a dynamic warm up, speed or agility drills, plyolymetric drills, age appropriate strength training (weights), and conditioning consisting of TRX suspension training, kettle-bell training, specialized explosive sport resistance band training, core synergistics, dynamic cooldowns and much more. All the athletes complete their sessions with individual areas of weakness, core work and static stretching.
Is Body & Soul’s program Sport Specific?
The term "sport specific" is left for the actual sport they are involved with. Practices are for teaching the specific skills of their respective sport; how to shoot, how to pass, how to block, how to throw, hit, specific mechanics etc. A strength, conditioning performance based program helps to build the foundation of any and all athletes: speed-strength-power-agility-core integration. Body & Soul’s focus is on proper and thorough athletic development.
Will my child be in a group with other athletes of the same sport?
We are not against placing different athletes from different sports in the same group. Our goal is to build the foundation of each athlete through overall strength and performance conditioning. Specific sports skills come from practicing on the playing field. We customize our sessions with the goal of giving our athletes the greatest strength, power, agility, endurance and core strength which can in turn will strengthen all aspects of any sport. We are building the foundation that is many times overlooked, but is absolutely crucial to an athletes success. We do provide individual modifications which will help focus on athletes needs, weaknesses, and the multiple energy systems they will need developed for their sport.
What happens if my child misses a session?
If you are unable to make your reserved session, and we have room in any of the other sessions, your child will have access to that but YOU MUST CALL or CHANGE ONLINE TO SWITCH THAT RESERVATION BECAUSE SPACE IS LIMITED AND BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If the session is missed and cannot be made up that week at a different time, the session will expire.
